Accommodation Location
Choosing a convenient accommodation location can help limit spending once one is on the ground. Being close to attractions and eateries can mean that one can walk to most places and not have to use expensive taxis most of the time. One can also consider staying with locals. Some may rent out rooms for a little extra income. By staying there, you may be helping a local make ends meet, as well as enjoying an authentic experience yourself, all for a fraction of the price of a hotel.

Entertainment On A Budget
If you have certain attractions that you really must see, before going ahead and booking, check online or in tourist brochures for discount tickets. Sometimes the savings can be as much as fifty percent. Being flexible with time – for example, going to a matinee performance, rather than an evening session – can also bring major savings.

One can certainly have a wonderful holiday on less money than one might expect to pay.
